Ingredients

large beets, medium beets 1 piece, 1 piece
large carrots 1 PC
large onion 1 PC
Boiled potatoes 3 pcs
pickled cucumber 2 pcs
sauerkraut 200gr
green peas 1 jar
boiled squid 300 g
sunflower oil 100gr

Cooking method

  • Boil squids, cut into strips. Chop the rest of the products arbitrarily, season with sunflower oil and sprinkle with green onions
  • Now we take a medium beet and cut it in half and cut thin petals from each half. Putting the salad in a salad bowl, put in the beetroot petals, forming a rose.
  • Delicious salad!
