I cooked in the "LG" bread maker
Volume of 1 cup - 230 ml
All products are collected in measuring containers without top
I put food in the mold of my LG bread maker in the order indicated in the recipe. You are guided by the recommendations given in the instructions for your HP.

Place 1 egg in a cup, top up with water to a volume of 230 ml and plus another 1 tablespoon of water
wheat flour - 3 cups (it is possible to add flour while kneading the dough into a "kolobok" about 2 tablespoons), it is necessary to observe the process
honey - 3 tablespoons (I took buckwheat)
I read that walnut oil for hypertension, atherosclerosis and tuberculosis is recommended to be taken with honey, therefore I added honey instead of sugar.
salt - 1.5 teaspoons (I had sea salt)
softened butter - 2 tablespoons
walnut oil - 0.75 tablespoons
olive oil - 0.75 tablespoons (I read in the baking literature that the greatest aroma is given by mixing equally walnut and olive oil)
walnut kernels, lightly toasted and not coarsely chopped - 0.5 cups
dry yeast - 2 teaspoons (yeast should not come into contact with water before kneading in a bread maker)

Baking program - "4A" (by time it lasts 4 hours)

I was looking for this oil for a long time and could not find it. I had an obsession: when adding mustard powder, add mustard oil, when adding sesame seeds, add sesame oil, and when adding walnut, add the oil of this nut. Walnut oil is expensive, but after reading about its usefulness 🔗 made up my mind and bought it.
