Note

The borschik turned out to be excellent

I always stew or stew beets separately - so even though it takes longer, the borschik gets a bright beetroot color and a sweetish beetroot taste.

Stewed meat and cabbage are tastier and healthier than boiled ones. And also with this cooking method, no froth is formed from the meat in the broth

By the way, I put small onions whole in their husks, and then take them out (this is for those who do not like boiled onions)... So it gives off its taste and aroma, and in cabbage soup or other non-beet soup gives a golden color to the broth.

I specially studied all the recipes for borscht, laid out in this section, but I did not find it prepared using this technology, therefore I decided to post my recipe

Try, maybe someone will like this borscht

EXTINGUISHING - a type of heat treatment of products; cooking in a small amount of liquid with the addition of seasonings, sauce, spices in a sealed container. Before stewing, the product cut into pieces (mainly meat, vegetables) is fried over high heat until a crust forms, then transferred to a stewing dish, oil or fat, water are added and heated over low heat until the water is partially or completely evaporated. Stewing meat requires quite a long time - 1-1.5-2 hours. For stewing, they usually use middle-aged and non-premium meat.

You won't be able to try - there is no such cartoon!

I also have different multicooker, but I liked the sequence of operations, there are interesting moments in the preparation of borscht ... We must try it! Thank you!

Thank you, girls, for your attention to my recipe And the fact that you have different cartoons is not scary, use the modes that your cartoons have.

Girls, does not the program go astray with an early shutdown? Or is it okay, starts up again? how it will look - turn off in 15 minutes. until the end, and then extinguishing again. Well, I'm a beginner, I'm mastering it slowly, I liked the borscht recipe, I want to cook it. And yet, when you cook in the stewing mode, you need to add water, will the pan not burn?

There is no need to turn off the "Stew" mode while cooking borscht. Just open the lid and add food 20-15 minutes before the end of the program, and 5-3 minutes ...
And you don't need to add liquid when stewing meat - there is enough liquid in the meat. But if you want to extinguish "dry" foods, for example, one potato (without everything), then you need to add a little liquid (quite a bit, since in the process of extinguishing the potato itself begins to provide the necessary liquid for extinguishing it).

Thanks a lot!

Oh, thank you very much! And I'm all worn out already! I can't get borscht in a cartoon either, I've already spoiled two. In an ordinary saucepan, a wonderful borscht turns out, but in a cartoon I will not adapt. I haven't tried it yet but I'm sure I will like it. This technique is similar to cooking a zepter in a dish according to zepter rules. I have this dish, but I have been cooking in it in the usual way for a long time. EUREKA!!! Indeed, in this way, you can cook any soup. First stewing, then boiling water and salt, spices. manna you are a genius! It is not for nothing that they say everything new is well forgotten old. (after all, I gave presentations on Zepter, 15 years ago)

I also love borscht without meat (I generally love everything without meat). I add prunes (a couple of pieces), red bell peppers and no potatoes to such a vegetarian borscht. Very aromatic and tasty borscht turns out

I have a model 37502. I cook borscht with about the same amount of products. Steam the beets in advance for 40 minutes in any of the 2 cartoons. Sometimes I cook the broth in advance. And I make borscht in Brand. First, I fry the onions for 5 minutes, add carrots for 5 minutes, then tomato paste for 3-4 minutes, if there is no pre-cooked broth, then pieces of any meat. After 10 minutes I put chopped cabbage, chopped potatoes. Pour hot liquid (broth, water), stir. I switch to the "Extinguishing" mode for 1 hour. I also clean shredded beets. About 7 minutes before the end of the mode, I put the chopped beets in the micro for 1.5-2 minutes. I season the beets with sugar and any acid (lemon juice, sauerkraut juice, in extreme cases, just vinegar) and transfer them to MV, add spices, lavrushka, taste for salt, sugar, if necessary, then adjust. I close the lid. After the signal, after 15-20 minutes without heating, you can serve it on the table. I add a spoonful of sour cream and chopped 1 clove of garlic to the plate. We love sweet and sour borscht. I roast on the "Krupa" Express program with the lid open.

For the first time in my life I cooked borsch, and even more so in a slow cooker. You know, it turned out, and delicious (like a wife's, but she cooks well). Thanks for the recipe, I liked it, and so did the children.

Well, here again I have a failure: cray: I did everything according to the recipe, after a specified time I decided to try the borschik, and the potatoes turned out to be raw! : cray: I did not seem to cut large, into 1 cm cubes. I put it on the "Quenching" mode for another 40 minutes, I'm waiting!
Manna
Oksanenok, do not worry so much.Borscht on Stew mode (Brand 37501) Potatoes are different, some boil quickly, and some need a longer cooking time. You will definitely get a good borschik. Only spices, spices, herbs and beets are best added when the potatoes are almost ready.
Oksanenok
Well, next time I will do this: nyam: And this time it turned out very tasty too! I just added some more vinegar
