Cooking method

  • I decided to post the recipe here, taken from Nadia - neznaika 659 from the coochel website. Very light soup, an excellent alternative to homemade noodles and soup with dumplings, they are dumplings.
  • First, prepare the dough
  • Egg 1 pc.
  • Flour 4 tbsp. l. (with a slide) +1 tbsp. l. (no slide)
  • Salt floor. h. l.
  • Mix the egg with salt and add 4 tbsp flour. l. (I whipped everything with a fork) Add another 1 tbsp. l. flour and knead the dough. The dough should be very tough. It turns out to be no more than a standard snowball
  • According to the recipe, it was necessary to immediately start wiping it on a coarse grater, but I did not succeed in this business and I threw it for 15 minutes in the freezer. She took it out and rubbed it, it turned out to be a crumb. The dough still sticks to the grater, therefore it must be constantly removed from the grater. Leave on the table - let it dry, while we will cook the soup itself.
  • I had a breast. I cut it into cubes and threw it into a cartoon with vegetable oil. Browning 1 level 1 minute with the lid open. At the same time, shredded carrots and onions, I throw them to the chicken, then the potatoes are sent. As soon as the potatoes have started, I turn off the program.
  • There was a kettle with boiling water at hand, which I emptied (which is not an appetizing word) into the bowl. Our dried-up "grout" went there too. Mixed everything up and put it out Multi cook 110 degrees 5 minutes (you can safely set it for 3 minutes, then the "grout" will boil less). As she crowed, she threw in the greens and salt.

Cooking program:

Browning 1 level 1 minute + Multi cook 110 degrees 5 minutes

Note

The soup did not survive and until the morning 3 liters were swept away

These grouts were prepared before because there was no pasta before and she rolled them with her fingers. They were in shape like a small spindle, I remember faintly, of course, but if necessary, I will try to reproduce. More recently, I remembered with my mother how my grandmother made such a soup.
