I often use this recipe as a base recipe for various types of bread.
I haven't done it with onions yet, my daughter hates onions either in bread or in lavash, so I make it with garlic with some changes:

Pressed yeast - 12 g
Flour - 500 g
salt - 1.5 tsp.
sugar - 1.5 tbsp. l.
vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.
garlic - 3 finely chopped cloves
fresh dill - a small bunch
seasoning for pizza - 1 tsp.
hard cheese - 24 g
Tang drink - 200 ml
Water - 160 ml

Basic mode, size XL, medium crust. I have HP Panasonic SD 2500.

Yesterday I put plastic of Lithuanian cheese (24g), tearing it with my hands into small pieces.
I immediately add cheese and garlic to the main products before kneading, and dill and pizza seasoning during kneading. I always keep track of the kolobok. For some reason, in all recipes, regardless of flour, yeast and other things, I have to add water.
The bread turns out to be nostril, the smell is bready, delicious, delicious !!!
Today the bread was baked at 2 am. The smell naturally remained for a long time. I bravely endured for an hour not to go to eat, but alas! I couldn’t stand it, I went to cut off the "orphan" chunk, crackled with a seagull, and only then, I grieved so quite a bit that it was not good to eat at night, I went to sleep.

Once I already wrote that I do not know how to insert pictures into messages, now I tried to change my profile, but it did not work out either. I have a Panasonic SD 2500, a measuring cup capacity of 310 ml.
There is no one to ask for advice, my daughter has left. The only thing I can do is to take pictures on a mobile phone, in general, of good quality, but I don't know how to upload them to a computer either.
So I would be glad to draw up the recipe normally, but so far it will not work.

We go into your Profile - then Profile Settings - then in the NAME line we put the model of your x / stove and the volume of the measuring cup / cup - then Change the profile!
But it is better to put your NAME in the line of Residence, the last - there it will be more noticeable!
