Italian bread Pane al latte Fisarmonica in the oven

Ingredients

wheat flour 450 g
milk 250 ml
sugar 1 tbsp. l.
salt 1 tsp
oil sl. 100 g
dry yeast 1.5 tsp.

Cooking method

  • Warm the milk slightly and make a dough from half a glass of flour, half a glass of milk, sugar and yeast. From the finished dough and the remaining milk, flour, salt and 50 (!) G of butter, knead the dough and set it aside to rise to a warm place for an hour and a half, not forgetting to knead after the first rise. Now we divide the dough into 3 parts, roll it into a layer 4-5 mm thick and cut it into rectangles with sides of ~ 7, 8 or 9 cm.

  • Dip each piece of dough in the remaining pre-melted butter and place it vertically in a mold. To prevent the slices from slipping, it is convenient at this stage to put the form on the bottom.

  • Cover with a towel and set aside for half an hour. Bake preheated to 220about oven for 30-40 minutes, placing a cup of water down. This bread does not need to be sliced, because it easily breaks down into separate, very tasty slices!

To be honest, for the first time I followed the source exactly, then I became lazy and began to cook the dough in a bread maker, using the safety method. And it turns out very well too.

Even though I forgot to put water in the oven, the bread is wonderful.
I made dough in HP. At what she put 100 grams of oil, came to her senses in time and added another 1/2 of all the ingredients.
I will do it more than once, that's for sure.
