Now I've put this casserole in Libertonchik, let's see what happens. Your casseroles are my guide to the world of mastering curd baking
Vika, did you write at what stage to mix the cottage cheese, add it with semolina and baking powder?

Vika, did you write at what stage to mix the cottage cheese, add together with semolina and baking powder?
I'm sorry, I missed it. I add cottage cheese after semolina and everything else, except for proteins and it is advisable not to beat the cottage cheese with a mixer.

That is, the proteins at the very end?
And how exactly to gently mix them so that they are not completely visible in the dough, or is there just a lush foam on top?
Maybe a funny question, but I'm with baking and all its subtleties and decorations on "YOU", more for all kinds of snacks and meat

Proteins after cottage cheese and baking powder. It is imperative to stir them, with a spoon from bottom to top, carefully.

Here is my apple handsome!

And in the context:
Apple casserole (Multicooker Polaris PMC 0508)

I liked everything, only vanilla sugar in the trail. if I put less, otherwise they, in a duet with cinnamon, "hammered" the taste of apples. This is my IMHO, for smells and tastes, I love everything more natural.
And although I whipped the cottage cheese along with all the mixtures (your messages were already there when the cake was baked), and I put almost 2 times more semolina (I was afraid that the dough would be too thin, I had 500 g of cottage cheese and 500 g of grated apples), it rose very well and cooled down in the mult with the lid open.
Another GRAND MERSI

Olya, I am very glad that it worked out and liked it! Good girl !!!

Thank you, another plus in the correctness of the choice of Libertonchik, he bakes so softly, because I actually had two cycles of 45 minutes = 90 together (I sat on Facebook and forgot to turn it off earlier), he just became rosy, DEX would have turned him in that time in the Negro's elderly
I also wanted to clarify about the proportions: semolina flour or starch. Can they be combined in one casserole, especially if liquid cottage cheese (usually store-bought), say 2 tablespoons of semolina and 2 tablespoons of starch flour?
Vichka
Yes, starch with semolina borax in equal proportions. I don't like semolina alone, sometimes I bake casseroles only with starch, then they resemble soufflés, especially chocolate ones.
rusja
So, but in the same recipe, just one semolina
Put Vika, pliz, in a separate Temko, that casserole with jelly and berries on top.
I'm very good. I liked it, only I thought of something with the proportions of flour, somewhere you wrote me a recipe and it said - flour 1 tbsp. (maybe she missed a spoon), in general, with one glass it turned out a bit like we say "crushing" did not rise much, but we ate this one too. So skoko all the same to put and what?

Hello. Vika, please tell me why it is undesirable to beat cottage cheese with a mixer, what are the subtleties?
