Universal dough bagels

Ingredients

pressed yeast 4-5 gr
sugar 20 g
warm water 100 ml
egg 1\2
butter 20 g
wheat flour 200 g
salt 1/2 tsp

Cooking method

  • At the bottom of the bucket, crush the yeast, pour sugar on them, pour warm water. Add half a beaten egg, flour, softened butter and salt. Switch on the program * Dough *. At the end of the program, divide the dough into 8 equal parts and shape the bagels as shown in the pictures. The length of the rolled plate is about 20 cm.
