Ingredients

Pelengas 1.5-2 kg
Lemon 1 PC.
Orange 1 PC.
Seasoning for fish, salt, pepper,
vegetable oil
For batter:
Eggs 2-3 pcs.
Milk 200 ml
Wheat flour 200 g
Salt pepper

Cooking method

  • Cut the fish into fillets, cut into portions, marinate in a mixture of lemon, orange, salt, pepper, fish seasoning for 30-40 minutes.
  • Then fry in batter in vegetable oil, you can do it in a deep fat fryer.
