  • I used 20% cream (200 ml.), With higher fat content in our supermarkets is not found. Also sugar to taste, strawberries and banana, all in a blender. To increase the fat content, I added 4 tsp. sour cream, because the cream was not whipped ... It turned out to be awesome banana-strawberry ice cream. The ice cream maker froze in 20 minutes, the blade even stopped spinning, I had to turn it off earlier.
