Concentrated milk ice cream

Ingredients
Cream 1 packet (200 ml)
Condensed milk 1 can (about 400 gr - 397 gr)
Concentrated milk 1 can (410 ml)
Cooking method

Whip the cream into a foam and combine with condensed milk. Whisk the chilled concentrated milk separately. If it is well chilled, then whipped with a bang!
I made my own adjustments during production. I must say right away that there will be a lot of condensed milk cans !!! I put in 1/3 of the can and that's sweet! Added a bit of vanilla. The taste of ice cream is not as classic as that of my ice cream - here you can feel the taste of concentrated milk - it is a bit melted. Ice cream freezes very well and very quickly. Next time I will try to put in a smaller concentrated milk, so that the taste is not so strong.

No, not very impressed, according to reviews I expected the best. But this is a very good option for those who are afraid of raw egg dishes and who love baked milk. But I will still make ice cream more.
