Wheat bread with ground flax seeds and whole grain flour

Ingredients

yeast 1.5 tsp.
ground flax seeds 50 g
wheat flour of the highest grade 400 BC
whole grain wheat flour 50 g
salt 2 tsp
sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Apple vinegar 1 tsp
water 360 ml.

Cooking method

  • DIET mode, size L, 5 hours.

Note

Initially, it took 300 ml of water, the bun turned out to be dense, added 30 ml, after a while the kneading oven began to knead the dough with difficulty, added another 30 ml. Ground flax seed takes up a lot of water.

If you just added seeds, they wouldn't take as much liquid.

And the ground seeds turned into flaxseed whole grain flour, and the total amount of flour became 50 + 400 + 50 = 500 grams, including 100 grams of whole grain.
For this amount of flour, taking into account the CZ flour, 360 ml. water is quite normal
