Ingredients

sauerkraut 300g
bulb onions 1 goal
parsley root 1
celery root 1
smoked brisket 50g
flour 1 spoon
sour cream 100ml
dill, onion, parsley 1 spoon
Bay leaf 2 pcs.
smoked pork ribs 300g

Cooking method

  • Cut the smoked pork ribs, rinse, put in a saucepan, also put a few bay leaves, a whole onion, a small root of celery and parsley, pour water and put on fire.
