Can you tell me what kind of COOKING you are using ?? very interesting recipe, I want to try baking
Nez
I tried to bake bread according to your recipe! I have Moulinex UNO, I cooked in the third mode - "French bread" (I chose it because in the original recipe book 90% of the bread is made in this mode), the time is 3:05 or something like that.

The bread turned out to be very beautiful, the smell is simply unrealistic now in the apartment, real gray bread came out. The cap only fell - I don't know why, but I think it's not scary - it almost always falls. In the process, flour added three tablespoons so that a more or less even bun would come out and the dough would not be smeared along the bottom - but, probably, it was necessary to add even more - maybe the hat would have withstood then.

Despite the fact that 750 grams - it was in size to the edges of the form! Rose amazingly! I hope it's baked well, now it's worth it - it's getting cold, we'll try it later, so I'll write about the taste later

For reference: A simple greenfield brewed the brew (I took it with bergamot - there was no other, unfortunately), Kozel chose dark beer - it's not very expensive and at the same time not bad, I haven't tried it before, but it turned out that even the beer itself has a bready aftertaste, so I think I got it right. Later, if you like it, I'll try with some expensive draft from the pub to make

So, the bread was baked amazingly, I have never seen such soft bread in my life! 750 grams of bread rose by a kilogram and, well, just unrealistically soft. As for the taste, it is somehow ambiguous, I expected something more, for sandwiches or for borscht - great, but if it's just like bread, then the taste is somehow incomprehensible, let's say) I want to try some more recipes beer bread.

Anyway, thanks a lot for the great recipe!

Nez, Hello! Follow the bun: the recipe has too much liquid for that amount of flour (that's why the top fell through). Good luck!
Nez
Teillet, no, everything was in order with the kolobok and the bread rose perfectly. I just didn't like it to my taste - I fell in love with Lithuanian beer-based bread, I have already made it several times. There is a more confusing recipe, of course, a lot of different ingredients, but it's worth it
