Ingredients

Pork tongues 500 g
Adjika pickled 200 ml

Cooking method

  • My tongues, we first cook in a regular saucepan, pouring cold water, about 3 minutes from the moment of boiling.
  • Then we transfer it to the fast food, add peppercorns and lavrushka, put it twice on the "soup" program - this is twice for 25 minutes. Then, after the pressure is released, we take it out, put it under cold water - the skin will quickly come off. Then we cut the tongues into plates. We put it in a bowl and fill it with sauerkraut adjika, put it in the refrigerator overnight.
