Ingredients

Pressed yeast 10 g
Wheat flour of the highest grade 400 g
Wheat bran 2 tbsp. l.
Kefir 120 ml
Water 120 ml
Granulated sugar 2.5 tbsp. l.
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Linseed oil 2 tbsp. l.
Marigold petals for sprinkling 3 flowers

Cooking method

  • Kefir with water - to the bottom of the bucket, then yeast, bran, flour, granulated sugar and salt.
  • The program is "dumplings", in the process we add ingredients as needed so that there is a soft ball.
  • Then we set "dietary" - 5 hours, 1.5 hours before the end, pour oil on top - this way, we get a fried crust - my people love it so much. And an hour before the end, sprinkle with marigold petals on top - we only cut off the petals, without seeds.
