Mulled wine and homemade cocktails in the Redmond multicooker
Category: Drinks
Ingredients
Wine bottle
Sugar
it's better not to be zealous
so that 100 g does not come out sweetly
And now the will of my imagination:
Raisins, prunes
Ginger root
(only not pickled,
not the one that we buy for sushi !!!)
Orange and tangerine peels
(you can also grapefruit)
Cinnamon
(powder or stick
choose yourself)
Cooking method

The recipe book also advises adding cloves and cardamom, but I didn’t - because I didn’t find cardamom, and I just don’t like cloves.
The Redmond RMC-C4502 has a multi-cook function - and all the ingredients must be left in it for an hour. In an hour, the aroma is ready, and the goodness will be asked for "in the mouth"

Note
Previously, we used to prepare "mulled wine": we simply boiled wine in a saucepan, adding aromatic spices. While the multicooker was not there, they were not particularly worried about this, and they used "how it was prepared". Now everything is different, so I am sharing a very tasty recipe
You can change the ingredients - add what you like more, for example, we experiment every time - we put one thing, then another.
Oh yes! The most important thing is that in no case drink mulled wine in the heat! ONLY on rainy cool evenings, which, by the way, have already arrived ...

MUST add: hugs of a loved one, warm blanket and romantic comedy

Hope it is useful to you too

Thanks for the recipe! Tell me, please, in what mode it can be cooked in Redmond-4502 (10 programs), in my multicooker there is no "multi-cook"?

I will share my recipe for mulled wine in a Panasonic cartoon

Before a walk in the cold with the whole family, I quickly throw in all the ingredients in the cartoon (wine, spices, rum, juice or water, you can cut an orange, sugar)
I turn on the STEAM COOKING mode for 1 minute and go for a walk.

Having reached a boil, our mulled wine goes into heating mode and infuses, and when you come after an hour or 2 hours of walking in the morse - here it is hot, delicious salvation)

Question one: multi-cook mode, how many degrees and time? The second question: right after cooking, should all this be filtered or how? I have never made mulled wine, I want to try ...

Mulled wine is a cool thing) That's just the first time I hear that it can be cooked on a multicooker) My Redmond has already been tested in every way, but mulled wine has not been cooked yet. Need to try. Thanks for the recipe
