Sponge cake 7 cm.

Ingredients

Egg 4 things.
Flour 1 tbsp.
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Baking powder 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Divide the eggs (cold) into whites and yolks.

  • Beat with a mixer at high speed the proteins until standing peaks (3-4 minutes), and only after that add half a glass of sugar little by little. Continue whisking until the proteins and sugar become standing peaks (3-4 minutes).

  • The whisk of the mixer is not mine, they remain in the protein-sugar mass, and immediately we begin to beat the yolks with the second half of the sugar with them. When the mass thickens and increases in volume, everything is ready.

  • Add flour and baking powder to the yolk-sugar mixture and mix thoroughly. It turns out a lush elastic dense dough mass. Add proteins with sugar to this mass and mix with a wooden spatula (dry). It turns out a fluffy protein dough.
  • Sponge cake 7 cm.
  • We transfer the whole mass to a slow cooker (I covered it with parchment) and to "bake" it for 50 + 25 minutes.

  • After baking, do not open for at least half an hour.

: lovtofill... Your biscuit is just a miracle handsome, but tell me you can bake it in the oven.

Thanks for the compliment.
You can, of course, bake in the oven. Only I haven't tried it.
The instructions for my multicooker say that the temperature on the "Pastry" is 120C.

A very good recipe. I have been baking such a biscuit for about 12 years and in the recipe from an old notebook it was called Vic's biscuit. It works great both in the oven and in the microwave, but did not bake in the cartoon

Vusya, about the biscuit in the microwave in more detail, please.

I did it in a micron in silicone and in a heat-resistant vessel. For my ski, it takes me 3.5 minutes at maximum microwave power. Here you need to adapt to your own, but the main thing is not to overdo it, since it can be very dry. The top may be slightly sticky, but the toothpick will be dry. The biscuit turns out to be pale, but also tasty and very luxuriant. Option for me when the guest is on the doorstep. I also like to add walnuts on top and spread the apple. In micro, this is an option for the lazy, but ideally when you don't want to wait, and the seagull is hunting. If I do it in silicone, then after a couple of minutes I put it on a dish and cut it, and in a heatproof dish I leave it in the mold and take out the portions with a spatula. They reminded us to pamper our own people today. After the microwave, it is better to eat it warm, otherwise when it cools a little dry or I always overdo it, because the voltage always jumps and you have to adjust the time.

Supplement to the recipe: After baking the biscuit, immediately remove the valve in multicooker like Lacucina, Aurora AU 250 so that the condensate does not drip onto the cooling biscuit and it does not fall!
