I don't think I held it for long.
15-20 minutes after boiling water in a saucepan ...
In winter we will try)))

So everything should be all right.

, I did try a jar of cucumbers. I went to the closet for the banks and thought: "Why wait for November, I'll try now!"
I loved the taste! The aftertaste is special, thanks to the set of spices. (I don't like cloves so much!)
I like everything about salt-sugar-vinegar. When you taste it, you feel that it is sour, and then the sweet taste remains. It is very interesting!
There are such cucumbers only on holidays.

Thanks for the recipe! Hello Aunt Margita!

P.S. For myself, however, I decided what I would do next time with chilled boiled water. I'm so calmer.

Well, of course, screw it up.
For a holiday, we usually exhibit the most delicious.
And as in the m / f "The Frog Princess", the Tsar spoke about the bread of his daughters-in-law: "... to prop up the shed with this brick, and this bread is only on holiday"
And pickled cucumbers are different ...
Summer resident
I also dashed such cucumbers for myself. In our family, only I eat pickled, so I will enjoy without competitors
Lozja
Thank you girls for trusting my recipe!

I closed the jar now. I have 1300 banks low and wide. Cucumbers are stacked upright in one row and a little more on top. During sterilization, the bottom layer is not visible. After boiling, held for 5 minutes. When I took out the jar and turned it over, I found some undissolved sugar or salt at the bottom. Of course, I chatted to the can, it seemed to dissolve. I'll see how they stand

Undissolved sugar and salt are not scary, it happens. It then dissolves. It's bad that you can't see how quickly the cucumbers darken.

Oksana, tell me, please, do not you definitely need to add any foliage such as cherry and currant leaves, horseradish roots, etc., to your recipe? otherwise I brought a carriage and another small cart from the dacha

I didn't read the whole topic, then I saw that such a question had already been asked, sorry

sorry for stupidity importunity: how do you sterilize cans? Do you put it in cold water and until it boils or do you put it in hot water?

Better, of course, in a boiling one, but there is a danger that the jar will crack, so after each batch we drain off half of the water, add cold water and put the jars, the water is very warm, hot.

Lozja, yesterday I tried your cucumbers, it is very tasty, the guests ate and praised. Highly recommend! I sterilized liter cans for 7-8 minutes, just fine.

The other day my main gherkin eater - my eldest son - appreciated the cucumbers perfectly! By the way, he doesn't eat all pickled cucumbers, only delicious, crispy and sweet ones. These suited him. So that , Lozja, merci for the recipe! We will repeat next year

p. from. I sterilized them in the microwave

Oksana, and if you cut these cucumbers into washers, and the rest according to the recipe, will it work? And then I have some large cucumbers, 4 pieces fit in a liter jar, and the other jars are over.

Lozja, Ksyusha, give me you! Cucumbers are just super tasty !!! I have tried so many recipes in my entire life - well, I just could not find that it was "the most it" - and with your help I found MY FAVORITE RECIPE OF PICKLED CUCUMBERS !!!!! In general, a 1-liter jar was divided into two of my husband and me without a remainder for one dinner (I snatched the last cucumber after dessert) Girls, no doubt, cucumbers are really delicious! And yet - for the first time in my life I got such crispy and not wrinkled cucumbers at all - cans even for an exhibition! I ran to put a plus sign!
Sandy
Thank you for the recipe Ksenia bookmarked until the fall

Tanya, it's so nice to read, my soul rejoices. Thank you for your trust and good health!

It's not in vain that we have been using this recipe for many years and have closed cucumbers, we don't want any others.

Oksana, litter for the stupid question. If I make in a 3-liter jar, then 6-9 carnations, respectively? And approximately how many such bottles can be sterilized?

Lozja, I will make it according to the recipe, I like to cook something new. But I hate pot sterilization. I am using the multiple fill method.

Do you allow such a replacement?
Girls, did anyone try to roll up this recipe using the multiple fill method? Are there any results?

I think there is no difference in the sterilization method! Personally, I do it according to my mood Sometimes it seems to me that it is easier to pour three times, sometimes - to put a jar in a pan I did not notice the difference

Tanya, how long do you keep boiling water in everyday life? (During filling)

In theory, yes, we multiply everything by three. But I would not recommend closing these cucumbers in a 3-liter container. We close the maximum in kopeck piece. I'll explain why. Here it is important to catch the moment when you need to roll the can. When the bottom layer of cucumbers just changed color, roll up immediately. If you overexpose, the cucumbers will be soft, and this is not at all the same. If you roll it up, they may not be steamed in the bank and then shoot. That is why it is very difficult to do all this in a three-ruble note. Because there are a lot of cucumbers. If you focus, as usual, on the bottom layer, then there are still a lot of cucumbers on top, and they may not be steamed as they should.
Therefore, I do not advise closing in three rubles for this recipe. Maximum - 2 liters.

Tanya, how long do you keep boiling water in everyday life? (During filling)
I do this. I put, for example, 4 filled cans in a row on the table and put the kettle on. 4 cans of 1 liter each - this is approximately 2-2.5 liters of filling (boiling water). I fill all the jars with boiling water, cover them with lids, put a towel on and put the kettle on again, it boils - I drain the semi-cooled liquid and again boiling water in its place - and so 3 times (if the jars are small (0.5-0.7 liters), you can 2 times) If I am dealing with large cans, then the process simply lengthens - there is enough pouring in a teapot for 1-2 cans, but since they need to be heated more thoroughly, I put 4 pieces in a row and fill in 2 cans 2 times. But lately I've been sterilizing large cans in pots on gas, I don't want to mess with fillings Fuh, I can't explain ... ask if something is not clear
