Cooking method

It is better to take small cucumbers, mode them lengthwise into 4 parts, and then crosswise into 2 parts, so that such cubes are obtained.
Put the sliced ​​cucumbers in a saucepan (enameled, stainless steel), on top - chopped greens, pour marinade, mix everything well and put under pressure (about 1 liter of water) for 4 hours in a warm place (in an apartment, on a balcony, etc.) ...
Marinade: sugar, salt, vinegar, grows. butter, garlic, mustard, ground black pepper - mix everything.

Cooking time: 40 minutes cooking, then 4 hours - infused and then - in the refrigerator.
Note
For the first time I cooked half a portion, because I was not sure I would like it, but today I cook for a full portion, because what I cooked was eaten very quickly. Can be stored in the refrigerator for a long time.

These cucumbers can be rolled up for the winter, for this we sterilize a 0.5 liter jar for 15 minutes, and a 1 liter jar for 30 minutes.
