Ingredients

apricots 1 kg
sugar 1 kg

Cooking method

  • Cut the apricots into halves, remove the seeds, cover with sugar for 8-10 hours, so that they let the juice several times (4-5), bring to a boil and set aside until they cool completely at the end of cooking, the apricots become translucent in the last cooking, you can add the kernel of dried apricot kernels, this will add jam a little almond flavor. We close it hot in sterilized jars and wait for winter.
