Ingredients

Milk 200 ml
Baking powder 2 tsp
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
Gooseberry by the number of madeles
Oil sl. for mold lubrication

Cooking method

  • 1. Grease a mold for madelens (you can also for muffins) with oil, put in a cool place for 15 minutes.
  • 2. Beat eggs, sugar, lemon juice and zest for no more than a minute, do not beat strongly, a homogeneous mixture is enough.
  • 3. Stir the flour and baking powder.
  • 4. Add 150g to the egg mixture. milk, stir and add flour. Stir the dough. Once smooth, add milk and melted butter. Stir well until smooth and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  • 5. Grease the form again and pour in 1 tbsp. l. dough, put the gooseberry in the deepest place.

  • 6. In heated to 160-170 gr. place the dish in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until light brown.
  • 7. Cut the finished madelens out of the mold onto the wire rack and let cool.
  • In sweet biscuit cookies, sour gooseberries will be a surprise!

I put in 100 grams of butter, about 160 grams of sugar, a little less flour, unfortunately there are no baking dishes for madelens, so I baked in a glass rectangular form with one large madelena and with apricots - super! the biscuit has doubled, the taste is amazingly delicate!
