Honey sponge cake with apricots (Panasonic SR-TMH18)

Ingredients

butter 150 g
honey 100 g
eggs 4 things.
flour 200 g
lemon juice 2 tsp
baking powder 1 tsp
apricots 350-400 g

Cooking method

  • I saw the recipe in the magazine "Grocery School" and realized that I could not pass by, especially since everyone loves baking with apricots at home.
  • Cut apricots into halves, remove seeds from them.
  • Separate the whites from the yolks.
  • Beat softened butter and honey, add yolks and beat for another 2-3 minutes. Mix flour with baking powder and mix with honey and butter mass.
  • Beat egg whites with lemon juice until thick foam and add to dough.
  • Grease a multi saucepan with butter, lay out the dough. Arrange the apricot halves on top, cut down.

  • Bake for 40-45 minutes.

The biscuit is really not very sweet, so for those with a sweet tooth, you can add another 50 grams of honey or 2-3 tbsp. l. powdered sugar (if ordinary granulated sugar, then it will take longer to beat the butter with it until the sugar crystals dissolve).

It turned out only 3 layers of fruit.
