Anna1957, I compare the meat grinder from the combine with a separate Moulinex meat grinder with a power of 1600 W, Moulinex is an animal machine, grinds, without choking, everything that you put. Of course, I didn’t shove bones and cartilage, but sinewy meat had no problems.

And here the meat grinder is nevertheless more capricious, in fact I twisted the meat with this meat grinder only 2 times, the first time the meat was almost without veins, it twisted normally at 6 speed, yesterday it twisted it again, but the meat was not of the best quality, lived a lot, the meat grinder I got up, I unscrewed everything, the veins wound around the knife, I pulled everything out, twisted it again, and again twisted all the meat, at the end I pushed everything in, it seemed like nothing happened the second time.
Let's see how it goes next, if I unsubscribe.

I will not say anything about the kneader yet, I don’t bake bread, but I often cook manti, dumplings, homemade noodles, just until my hands reached me to knead the steep dough with a hook. As soon as I do this, I will unsubscribe.

When I was choosing a harvester, I searched for reviews for a very long time and stubbornly, and accidentally wandered into the Bread Maker. I am very grateful to the members of the forum for the feedback on the Bosch cube (at first I wanted to buy it), on MUM 4 ... and 5 ... Now I myself want to help people in their choice.

I bought the combine through an online store, found it on the Yandex market, called El Mall16, we have it in Naberezhnye Chelny, at a price it cost me 9612 rubles, delivery is free. This store is actually Moscow, but it has branches throughout Russia, only the numbers at the end are different, by region, like cars. I ordered it 2 times, the first time was not available, the second time was brought.

It's also interesting to hear someone else's opinion about steep dough, how it interferes with it, since I rarely bake myself. On Amazon they write that when kneading yeast dough, the upper part begins to sway noticeably, and the manufacturers say that this is normal, it should be so.
Brown-haired woman
The day before yesterday I cooked manti, kneaded the dough in a food processor using a hook, everything was kneaded great! The upper part of the combine was really shaking, but, in my opinion, it was so conceived, the combine itself did not budge by 1 mm.

The dough turned out to be pretty steep, I didn't even have to stir it with my hands, I just took it off the hook, and collected a little bowl from the sides, spun it around the table a couple of times and it's done. I kneaded the dough too much, it was hard, probably, the harvester had to, 45 mantis turned out, and there was also a piece of dough. At the very end of kneading, you need to knead the dough at a minimum speed, I kneaded at the first.

I also spun the meat for manti in the combine. Early on, I was glad that the grates from the manual meat grinder were suitable, they approached in diameter and thickness, but something didn’t work in tandem with the knife of the combine, the meat grinder didn’t twist, and that's it. I put my own lattice back on and everything was twisted normally, even the meat with veins, the bacon was also okay. The grill, of course, is too small, I wanted to chop the meat into larger manti, but the end result turned out to be normal, in manti I mean.

In general, I am satisfied with the harvester so far.
Brown-haired woman
I forgot to write yet.

Some time ago, I twisted chicken meat into cutlets, chicken legs in a meat grinder, everything was perfectly twisted, right along with the skin.

And the blender perfectly ground sugar into icing sugar.

I have been using MUM for a long time and almost every day.
When choosing, I read reviews. All the same, it was not recommended for a dough mixer. That is, if it is serious, then you need to purchase a special type of dough mixing Kenwood.Could it be that new models have appeared more powerful?
But the batter for pancakes, biscuit, turns out very well.
I am satisfied with the meat grinder, we eat little meat, I buy almost one pulp, so there were no problems with the veins. There is a separate electric meat grinder, but I don't want to get it out either.
Sometimes I stir the minced meat with a hook and even a salad at a low speed.
And in my opinion, plastic parts break there. which are designed to break when overloaded.
I have a model with a stainless bowl. But, if a plastic one turned up, I would buy it in addition.
I can't say anything bad - it's convenient to use, wash without problems, takes up little space (it costs without a bowl). Maybe some people think that the harvester is so assembled and stored? How on advertising photographs? In the same place, the upper part is lowered.
I bought spare grilles in Ukraine - small and large.

I have MUM 56340 - very happy! All the dough interferes - and on dumplings (cool without water too). 4-5 minutes and the dough is ready. The meat turns quickly - the veins too. It planes vegetables very well. Citrus juice instantly squeezes. The mayonnaise and cream in the bdender are great. There is only one drawback - I have not yet remembered at what speeds to execute the programs and I constantly look at the instructions.

It's funny for you, but we bought only after we rejected for this reason two of the last but one of the line, where the cord does not unwind (because in my life there was a case when they brought me a refrigerator with a scratch, and when trying to buy on another Internet They tried to foist the same on the store, it's good that I found out the localization of the scratch on the phone and refused) I decided to stop at where the cord is unwound, so that not one and the same one drove the "Scratch" in the same place. The funny thing is that each subsequent one turned out to be cheaper, and in the end I bought the last model in the line for only 200 rubles. more expensive than the penultimate in the original version, although on average the difference between them is 1000r. This is a bonus for me for suffering. And I really like the harvester, I can't play enough

And I made Easter cake dough at MUM8 - great! I also make dough for ciabatta, for HP it is too liquid, but in Boche it kneads well.

The dough for 86 turns out to be amazing, I also tried it on bread, pies and cakes, and how you make a ciabatta, I got the dough liquid in a bread maker, added flour so that you could form rolls in the oven, what whisk, at what speed, all the attachments for 86 model they were able to buy, I only have a citrus press, jkit was sent nothing, there is nothing, as they said in the service

In HP, the dough for ciabatta will not work, because there is a lot of water in it. That's why you had to add flour. And in Boch, everything mixes well, with a hook. First, do the initial kneading and leave the dough to rest for 20 minutes, then turn on the kneading again. First, stir at 1 speed, after about 4 minutes, increase the speed, stir for another 10 minutes. Come to a warm place. The dough is soft, does not hold its shape.

Indeed, my key has disappeared somewhere. I myself am in shock. At work, everyone is silent with him, the phone has not been in the zone for many months. But on occasion I was in the service center with another question and asked them about the cube (interchangeability), I myself was tormented by this question, but it was raised here. So they called me somewhere and they were told that no one really tried to put it, but judging by the size, it will not stand up! I wish I could find someone next to the cube and try to put on this attachment. I bought it too,
Here is the information.
And I myself ordered all the disks through the Internet store, I did not wait for my missing key!

It would be great if there was a cube next to you, since you already have a chopper with knives. Will you be a pioneer Is a chopper worth buying or is it not a very necessary addition without a cube?

I think that there are no dice owners among my acquaintances. By the way, I realized that the chopper for me turned out to be an unnecessary (well, not even entirely superfluous, but rather not the most necessary) part of my combine! I have already found a buyer, will pick it up tomorrow! More precisely, we make an exchange!

I have a ProfiMixx 47 "electronic" MUM 4756EU at home,
For 8 years, it was 1 time under repair. The pusher blade constantly breaks, the cross knife quickly becomes blunt.Lattice, knife-cross - rust. In the service center, they bought a shovel several times, it seems that every time they make it thinner and thinner ... Spare parts are not cheap ... The dull cross made minced meat 4 times. I bought a new cross, but he does not chop meat, chops a tenderloin, and a little veins appeared, winds up and that's it ... In this regard, I'm certainly upset, but it's compact, there are a lot of graters, they made cocktails, kneaded the dough, beat them, did the winter on it. Cubic cutting does not work with it. Therefore, I have another assistant, Filya (Philips 1659) - I am very happy.

Yes, for me on the cubes and Nayser-Diser fits.
But there was a question about fries knives, maybe they also figured out everything a long time ago. I have two of them. They look almost the same - but on one of them you can see larger blocks.
Judging by the labeling, there is only one manufacturer. But the meaning is the same, but in appearance they differ constructively. On one, the cutting edge is like the letter G, and on the other there are vertical knives and separately one horizontal one. But nothing is clear with the marking.

Good afternoon, dear bakers!
I just registered and immediately to you with questions.
Here I am trying to solve the problem for myself that it is better to have one combine or all separately (blender, mixer, meat grinder). The harvester attracts with its versatility, but it is said that not all functions satisfy the requirements of the owner. I need: kneading yeast and steep dough on dumplings, not a capricious meat grinder and shredders in order to simplify the process of preparing preparations for the winter, sauces, adjika, or, for example, when you need to cook a lot for the table. For these purposes, I look closely at the model MUM 56340... Will this model be able to satisfy my needs, will it cope with kneading dough and how much by volume of this dough (yeast for pie) is obtained in one batch?
Sorry if I have written a lot, but the question is burning for me.

the possibility of kneading 2.8 kg of dough (0.75 kg of flour + ingredients) the meat grinder is designed for a small amount of meat, without veins, the shredders are simply first-class

When my combine motor "died", I immediately lost my blender, mixer, and everything else bothering me. It is all there, but everything is immobilized. The repair costs almost like a new harvester. Now I do not always consider multifunctionality to be an advantage, but in each case I consider the advantages and possible disadvantages separately, depending on the tasks set, the frequency of use and working volumes. Now I have a wide range of kitchen appliances, where a large part is made up of highly specialized appliances. But here each of us has his own path. Good luck to you.
Kasanko
I am now also a happy owner of a Bosch, like Pichenka's mum profimix 47. I don’t know where to put it in the kitchen all day today with him and his accessories, I’ll put it there, then here ...
and for the cubes, I'll probably get a Phillips (when I find a place)

I have one, copes with meat perfectly. I don’t think that at home you twist more than 2 kg of meat in a few minutes? In May, I was spinning not the first and not even the highest grade beef, everything went off with a bang! Of course, I removed the film from it, but I definitely didn't look for the veins, I just cut it into pieces and in front.
Kasanko
I was spinning a kilogram of beef yesterday. I did not cut anything beforehand, everything was wonderfully twisted. then when I disassembled the meat grinder, I saw that a few films were screwed onto the screw and that's it
