Cooking method

  • Here, I bought small plastic molds for making poached eggs, I decided to try it out.

  • PREPARATION
  • 1.Pour a little water into a scoop until the molds are half-covered. We put water on fire and bring it almost to a boil, but do not boil.
  • 2. While the water is boiling, prepare the molds. grease the molds with a drop of vegetable oil, so that later they fly out of the molds faster.
  • 3.Pour eggs into molds without stirring.
  • 4. put the molds in hot water, and bring the eggs to readiness, 5-10 minutes in time. water should not boil, but only quietly "whisper".
  • 5. Put the finished eggs on a plate with a tablespoon, add a little salt on top and serve.

Note

I like it!
How far these are poached eggs I cannot say, but there is a way to cook eggs without oil, frying!
Next time I'll try to make just scrambled eggs and a portioned omelet in this way - it should work! And it seems to me that you can try to make a whole egg or a chatterbox in one mold, and make a small omelet in another mold - that's breakfast for two eggs in different versions!)))

I will definitely show you the pictures!

The cooking principle is the same, so I will not describe it.

1.In a bowl, mix the torn arugula leaves with an egg, salt, pour into a mold.

2. In a bowl, mix the heavy cream 1/2 of the shell with the egg, salt and pour into a mold.
