I really like the combination of meat with prunes. And tell me what kind of seasoning is this Narsharab. Is it possible to replace it with something or without it at all?

Narsharab is boiled pomegranate juice.
You can boil prunes for a couple of minutes with orange juice and cloves (but we didn’t stick), I just added orange juice or any other sour,
it's just that the prune paste turns out to be very thick and to dilute it a little, I add juice.

I recently had a multicooker, so sorry if asking the obvious
Did you put the roll in foil on the steaming wire rack? And yet - I have a Panasik, there is no procooking-turbo. Roughly how can this be shifted to regular steam cooking?
The husband accidentally saw this roll over his shoulder, now he won't calm down))) We'll have to do it! And I wish I could succeed

Good morning, Ikra... Well it's great when a person is interested in something new: flowers: I will gladly answer you. In Panasonic, I don't remember how long the Steam program works (but I remember that it definitely exists), so I suppose, and you already decide, the roll is right in the foil, and I always wrap not in one layer, but at least three layers, Steam cooking or Baking, according to the time that would turn out, somewhere around 1h 30min. I had a bit of chuuuuuut a little with fat, but my husband said it was juicy ... not dry. Try :) and let's hope your husband will like it. If what ... I take the blame

Tanyulya, the husband will eat everything, he is a grateful eater. And your photo is too delicious!
With fat, the meat will be the very thing, I think, it can even put a layer on top (for the duration of cooking, then remove it), so that it is more thick. I haven't mastered the proto mode of a double boiler yet, I'll try to experiment.

Thanks. My husband likes the same, although I know that not so many people like the combination of meat and fruit.
