Cauliflower (frozen) 800 g
Egg 3 pcs
Cheese 70 g
Milk 250 ml
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • I put the cabbage directly frozen in the cuckoo's bowl, poured it with beaten eggs with milk and cheese, which I beat with a blender and on Multipovar for 45 minutes.

I deliberately decided to freeze it without preliminary manipulations, I liked it. The cabbage was not bitter, it was soft, the only broth could have been a little more. It was an experiment that could be repeated
Here's a fresh one, of course, I have never done that, but it seems to me ... that I will experience it this way too
