Potato casserole

Ingredients

Potatoes 500g.
Cottage cheese 250g.
Sour cream 100g.
Egg 1 PC.
Cheese 150g.
Bulb 1 PC.
Fresh dill 1 \ 2beam
Salt pepper taste
Vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Boil the potatoes in their skins, drain the water, peel and cut into large pieces.

  • Chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil until soft.

  • Beat cottage cheese, egg, sour cream, cheese grated on a coarse grater. Add greens, season.

  • Add chopped potatoes. Mix.

  • Put in a dish greased with vegetable oil.

  • Bake in an oven preheated to 200-220C for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

  • Delicious!!!

Note

Of course, I didn't boil the potatoes on purpose. Just "lying around" in the fridge .. and cottage cheese too .. and cheese In general, a recipe from the series "attach the overflowing products" !!!
