Condensed milk cupcake

Ingredients

Condensed milk 400g
Egg 2 pcs
Flour 3st. l. (75 g)
Starch 3 tbsp. l. I haven't weighed full of grams
Baking powder 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Beat the egg until fluffy, add condensed milk and flour with starch, baking powder. I poured everything into the pressure cooker bowl. Multi-cook mode 60 minutes.
  • Condensed milk cupcake

I didn't keep it on heating, but I cooled it in a bowl. You can have any fillings, girls make with berries, you can layer them, or you can directly on the bottom of the berries, and they have dough on them, there are many options.
Or I take recipes or whatever comes into my head, and select the modes according to my feelings (after all, the program time is, in principle, known), the main thing is to cook once, write down what and how, and then it's easier to cook.

I baked it in AG and in microwave on convection at 180-205 it turned out to be delicious. I don't have an oven.

I came to say thank you again! I did it yesterday and in a slow cooker. For some reason it seemed that you had a small cartoon, and in order for the cupcake to turn out to be of normal height, I need to take 1.5 portions. No sooner said than done. I just raked out all my homemade condensed milk in cans, it turned out exactly as needed - 600 g. I poured it in, turned it on, 45 minutes of baking, 30 minutes of heating. I opened it, and it turned out to be almost the entire height of the pan! So chic and tall! I have not yet succeeded in the cartoon. I think one serving would be enough.

All the same, it would be nice to indicate and starch in grams, because I gave very full spoons, with a large slide, maybe less was needed? Flour was given in grams, as written. It seemed to me that the starch was just a bit too much. But it's still delicious!
