Veal brains in batter

Ingredients

calf brains 1 package
vinegar 2 tbsp. l.
eggs 4
flour 1 tbsp. l.
sour cream 3-4 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • This dish is a real delicacy, a feast for gourmets.

  • Over the past 9 years, I have only been able to buy them in a store for the second time.
  • Cooking this dish takes no more than half an hour from the start of cooking.

  • First of all, they must be put in water and soaked, or remove the transparent film and veins under a stream of water.
  • Boil water, salt it and add 2 tablespoons of vinegar. Put the brains in boiling water and cook for 5-10 minutes, no more. Get it out, cool it down. Cut into large pieces.
  • Prepare a batter from one egg, 3-4 tablespoons of sour cream and 1 tablespoon of flour. Dip the brains in batter and fry until tender. Add 3 eggs, beaten and salted, and stir until tender. Scrambled eggs should be watery.
