Koimak - thin pancakes

Ingredients

Wheat flour 1 st. (150g.)
Egg 1 PC.
Boiled water 1 st.
Butter 1 st. l. (17 years)
Sugar 1-2st. l.
Salt pinch
Vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Beat the egg whites until firm. Postpone.
  • Grind the yolk with sugar, salt and melted butter.
  • Add water, beat.
  • Add flour, beat again.
  • Inject protein carefully. Stir until smooth.
  • Pour the dough into a small portioned ladle.
  • Fry in hot vegetable oil on both sides.
  • Serve with sour cream or jam !! Very very!!! Recommend !!!: flowers:

Note

Koimak - traditional Bashkir pancakes. Very small, thin and slightly sweet.
