Ingredients

yeast 1.5 tsp
wheat flour 500 g
rice porridge 120 g
salt 1.5 tsp
sugar 1.5 tbsp. l.
powdered milk 1.5 tbsp. l.
drain. butter 1.5 tbsp. l.
egg 1 PC.
serum 240 ml

Cooking method

  • Put the ingredients in order. Cook the porridge in advance (1 part of cereal + 2 parts of water) and cool. Instead of rice porridge, I tried oatmeal, corn, boiled peas, beans. Peas and beans can be mashed).

The bread turns out to be unusually airy and tasty !!!!!! I have a Panasonic SD-256. This is my favorite recipe. I came up with it myself. I love to experiment, I try to bake different ones all the time. From the attached instructions, I have never succeeded with different types of flour (although I tried to change it, but ...). GOOD LUCK !!!

my millet porridge stagnated in a chemistry-keg, I took as a basis your recipe in terms of a spontaneous fermentation sourdough (100g). I liked the bread very, very much, it was so moist and crumbly and finely bubbly! springy! and the crust is remarkably crispy! The loaf is high! I am very happy! I will experiment with other cereals, they are on my table every day! mode-FRENCH (since my leaven goes to HP directly from the farm, it needs time to "revive")
