The bread maker is unlikely to cope with this, so you have to knead by hand. To make our dumplings more authentic, you can perform something like this:

  • We take out the dough, put a pot of salted water on the fire, in which we will cook the dumplings. Remember that boiling water should be spacious for them. Roll out the dough as thick as dumplings. Dumplings are cut and torn. In the first case, the dough is cut into small squares. In the second - into strips 4-5 cm wide, and only then pieces are torn off the strip and thrown into the water. My mom rolls the dough into a circle, cuts it into sectors and tears off the pieces in this way. I prefer stripes.
  • We put a saucepan next to it, where we will put our dumplings. Dip the first batch into boiling water, roll out the next piece of dough. The dumplings have surfaced - we select them with a slotted spoon, let the water drain and into a saucepan, where we add a little vegetable oil so that they do not stick together.
  • Actually, dinner.
  • On the first we have dumplings in our soup. Add some dumplings to the bowl of soup.
  • For the second - dumplings with onion dressing. The male part of the population loves this very much. Water our dumplings with onion dressing.In the short version, frying is done with lard, sour cream is added.
  • And on dessert we have dumplings with honey. This is such yummy that even terry dieters cannot refuse! You can grind with chopped walnuts. Like everything ... Oh, we haven't finished the song!
