Liver with apple and tomatoes

Ingredients

Liver (poultry or beef) 300-400 gr.
Repatriated onion 2-3 heads
Apple 1 PC.
Tomatoes 1-2 pcs.
Sour cream, mayonnaise 100 gr.
The oil grows. for frying
Salt, spices to taste

Cooking method

  • Wash the liver, peel, cut into small pieces no more than 1 cm thick.
  • Peel the onion, cut into strips and fry in vegetable oil until half cooked. Add the liver and quickly fry with the onion, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and spices to taste. You can add a little sugar.
  • Add the apple, cut into 8 parts, and then with thin transverse plastics (preferably not sweet and not small). Cut the tomatoes into cubes and add to the liver (can be substituted with tomato sauce in the absence of a tomato). Mix.
  • Liver with apple and tomatoes
  • Add sour cream and mayonnaise, stir and simmer under a lid over low heat until tender (15 minutes).

Time for preparing:

20-30 minutes

Note

Potatoes in any form are good for a side dish, but you can also spaghetti.

Since I have not yet acquired a multicooker (I only dream) - I can’t answer unequivocally. Try it, then tell me. But in the beginning, it is still better to fry the liver.
