Ingredients

Mixed minced meat 500g
Egg 5 pieces
Onion 1 PC
Salt taste
Pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Eggs boiled or baked (I have been doing this in the AG in recent years), in general, as it is convenient for anyone. The minced meat was mixed in Kenwood with a K-shaped nozzle (as I like it, it turns out just suuuuper). Each egg was tightly wrapped in a minced meat coat. Fried in the Oven mode, until a pleasant crust on all sides, with the lid open, then closed the lid and held the cutlets for another 5-7 minutes in Oven mode 1 level.

Naturally, these cutlets were not invented by me, my grandmother did this for me, earlier, as a child, though she fried them almost in deep fat, and I don't like a lot of oil, so I just fry in a minimal amount of oil, followed by, as it were, stewing.
Mine are tastefully satisfied.

And in the form of a ring, I do it too. I often cooked this roll for hungry students (for my son and his friends), because it turned out a lot and satisfying.
