When we watched the ice cream makers in MediaMarkt, out of three ice cream makers, ONLY ONE of them turned out to be without smudges.
The husband said that this is not surprising: such a structure will depressurize from the slightest blow. That is, even while the ice cream makers are going from the supplier to the stores, many already come spoiled.

Yes, the outer plastic, the metal inner wall, there is a coolant between them, well, like in those that are put in bags.

I think just at the seam, it is outside, glue, with poxipol, for example. There will be no contact with food and minus strong glue withstands. But, I came up with this while I'm googling, can you advise what?

Added on Tuesday 14 Feb 2017 19:35

In other words, it will run out all over like that, not soon, but who knows! He is not freon, he is liquid. Even gurgles.

Added on Tuesday 14 Feb 2017 07:39 PM

The metal is aluminum. If it matters.
Sergey01
I think there must be some kind of seal. If it is there, you can try to roll it harder. On the principle as canning lids for a seaming machine (manual). Here we put the lid on the jar, made a couple of turns, tightened it, and so on until we press down enough seal. Here, in essence, the same principle. This is the ideal.
Now about the glue. All negative factors are brought together here:
1) Large and frequent temperature changes (freezer-room temperature-lukewarm water to wash, freezer, etc.)
2) Different coefficient of expansion of materials (that is, they will move relative to each other when the temperature changes).
3) Materials are smooth
If the glue adheres well to both metal and plastic, but is not elastic, it is likely to tear.
I think it's worth looking at sealants rather than adhesives. Since the main task is to seal, not fix.
The problem is big in stickiness (adhesion), and in high cyclicity (freeze-thaw).

The sealant has googled this so far: Ottoseal S27.
Bast1nda
Sergey01, thanks, I'll look for it. I thought what kind of service, but they are unlikely to be engaged there.
And if just superglue or what moment? Epoxy?

Added on Tuesday 14 Feb 2017 20:12

Rolling is not an option, I am afraid, I will press it - I will not press it, then it will not fit into the bowl. For me this is more difficult, but I can walk along the seam with glue.
Sergey01
Quote: Bast1nda
I'll look for him
I just read the specification at the office. site - with aluminum, it is advisable to use their special primer, but there are no plastics in the list.
Quote: Bast1nda
Epoxy?
It is not elastic. Definitely not going to work.
Quote: Bast1nda
superglue
Also not elastic. By the way, there is one trick with superglue - you can pour a lot of it into the gap, and sprinkle it on top (until it's dry) with excess baking soda. The excess can be shaken off after a couple of minutes, and this mixture will resemble a very durable plastic. For some reason, it seems to me that this option can be tried as an extreme.
Quote: Bast1nda
moment what
It is very elastic when it dries, but I'm afraid it won't withstand.
Bast1nda
Sergey01, but a sealant, it turns out, you can. Tomorrow I'll see what is at work, there is some kind of lying around.
And in service centers there are adhesives. If I drive up to them privately, they must have some kind of refrigerator and so on. Kitchen equipment.

I just think where to go and look, maybe the assortment is such that I will choose at a time.Is it construction or household chemicals, what do they refer to these sealants?
Sergey01
Quote: Bast1nda
Is it building or household chemicals
In this case, most likely industrial.
By the way, the idea came - a glue-sealant for pasting car windows. Not food, of course, but keeps it tight. After all, the glued-in windshield strengthens the body, and significantly. You can call in some service or buy it yourself. In my opinion they are 2-component (it is necessary to mix the epoxy). Well, of course, well-known proven manufacturers (Permatex, DonDeal, Loctite), and not just anyone.

There is also such a thing COSMOFEN. They have liquid plastic in their assortment. I'll see what they have now.
Bast1nda
Sergey01, but just an epoxy is impossible? But I know where to stop by, where they are gluing the glasses, I will drop by the Chinese. Yes, exactly, there is just rubber and plastic and iron ...
In general, while I washed the bowl, it is clean and dry, that's where it comes from, just like a powder becomes when it dries, and so it is liquid. Maybe when it moves there and leaks somewhere, but I even turned the container over - not a trace on it. Hmm, maybe, when freezing, there is something with a change in volumes ...
Sergey01, thank you very much for bothering, looking, I'm a complete layman in this. I found methylane glue, but it is for wallpaper, albeit in a tube. Well, there is always superglue at home, and there is also Poxipol.
I also found Mastix glue for aluminum. it is suitable even at different temperatures. How do you like it? Here about him, etc. Which one can choose?

🔗
And this one else

🔗

Sergey01
Looked if the Cosmofen DUO glue for metals might work. But the spec says 2 things:
1) Adhesive bonding of materials with different
coefficients of thermal expansion, especially at
their further application in areas with changing
temperatures must be additionally checked for
stability of the glue line over time.
2) Bonding aluminum: only chemically treated or
painted surfaces; without proper training
surfaces made of pure aluminum cannot be permanently
adhesive bonding - see technical information

Quote: Bast1nda
But I know where to call in, where they are gluing the glasses, I will drop by the Chinese
Before any attempt to apply glue or sealant, roughen the surfaces with fine sandpaper, degrease properly, and let the degreaser dry.
Quote: Bast1nda
Poxipol is also there
in fact, it is an epoxy, but again, I repeat, ordinary epoxy (EDP) is very fragile, although quite strong. Modern types of adhesives based on epoxy resins are very different for the better, but I think their elasticity is not very good.
Quote: Bast1nda
methylane
definitely not that))
Quote: Bast1nda
Super glue
Of course, you can take a chance, only with soda.

In general, the case is rather complicated.

Loctite is a very decent chemistry, but in this case it's just super glue. Very good super glue. And there is no mention of aluminum - plastic and rubber.
Bast1nda
Sergey01, Thank you so much. Also, this one on rubber is praised in Google. How is he?

Tomorrow I'll take a look at the sealant at work. and I read the difference between glue and sealant. Well, I'll go to the service, what if they have this glue ...

This one on rubber is also praised in Google
To be honest, this is the first time I've seen this. I think the moment reminds. The solvent evaporates and the rubber remains.
Quote: Bast1nda
I read the difference between glue and sealant
Well, everything is simple - the task of the glue is to connect the parts with a minimum gap. The task of the sealant is to seal the gap, it should adhere well, but the fixation does not have to be strong. But the glue sealant, in fact, combines these two properties.

I don't know what to tell about the ice cream maker.
I only saw it in the picture, I did not hold it in my hands.

For myself, long before buying Kenwood, five years ago I concluded that if I want an ice cream maker, I will buy a separate freezer. I don't like the idea of keeping a bucket in the freezer. I watched this from my relatives, I did not like it. Because I don’t want to keep the place all the time, it’s a pity, but when it’s necessary, it would be good if it should be thought over at least in a day, etc. Plus the result.

Therefore, I have never considered an ice cream maker as an attachment or a separate device (for any money) with a bucket in the freezer, did not google, etc.
Buy - you will not regret it!
I never have a place in the freezer, so I originally wanted a compressor room. And the ice cream in it turns out - solid, real. I bought a compressor room and am very satisfied. And you can do anything, not only with yolks. The only thing is that she still needs a lot of space.

Ice cream maker: reviews, instructions, purchase and operation issues
Sl @ wall @
Good afternoon, I would like to know about the berry screw press - how often you use it and whether it is convenient. Tell me, pzhl. I choose 6 attachments for the action. There is already a large Kesha 080, I bought a sieve, rolling, cutting 1.5 mm and 6 mm, a mill for it. A blender and food processor were included.
Now I want to take a small Sens for the action and I need to choose the attachments. Planning a multi-shredder, high-speed grater. But at the expense of the rest - at a loss.
I am also considering the option to buy nozzles and sell them at the Flea Market, but there are so many offers now ...))
Gayane Atabekova
Sl @ wall @, Ksyusha, take a cube cutter.
Neo
I am also for the cubes. To be honest, I was upset that they are large and only one size .. But it turned out to be somehow universal :) And now I take it out almost every day - and for soup vegetables, and Olivier and vinaigrette of a good size. And onions, too, in these cubes for cooking .. In general, I went great, more than once a year, as I initially thought ..
Multi-grinder, is this a 4-cup coffee grinder? great thing, I recommend it!
you don't need a meat grinder?
Today I tried a juicer and an ice cream maker, I liked both. I just made ice cream from frozen currants (like sorbet) - it turned out great.

As for the juicer, I have a question - made carrot juice, and even it is so loud .. Is that how it should be? No other nozzle roars like that ..
Sl @ wall @
Gayane, Thank you. We need to think about the cubes then.Valeria, that's for sure, for some reason I didn't really consider them, it seemed that a cube cutter would be needed once a year, but I didn't think about soups))).
Thanks for the idea!

that I need a cube cutter once a year, but I didn't even think about soups

Ksyusha, somehow a cube doesn't go to my soup, mine love classics on a grater from a food processor, but Olivier and vinaigrette with him is just fun, not cooking
The high speed workpiece grater is great. I have never been fond of them, but this year I playfully "sawed" lecho and ketchup in considerable quantities
I rarely use the low-speed one, but cheese and chocolate are excellent. Until I realized how much it would be in demand in the absence of a food processor ...
I already have a take on many. I love Keshikov)))
And I also bought a low and high-speed grater here a couple of years ago from a man who was selling them with a big discount, new ones, but still from old models, when Keshi were white ... Oh, how cool they look now on Sense. Fashion goes in a spiral, even in kitchen appliances))))
LenaPena)
Zhanik, Natalya, please tell me, do you like the meat grinder? kitchen 5m2 and I do not want to buy a separate one, but there is a place to hide the nozzle)) so I think, at least it will cope with meat on average? many different opinions .. decided yours will put an end))))
and on a cube, centimeter by centimeter in the salad Olivier for the first time strongly struck? My husband is a conservative in terms of Olivier and his type)))
Neo
Can I answer? For statistics :)

I liked the meat grinder. I must say right away that I am not a great specialist. And I made minced meat practically for the first time (since I hadn’t used manual meat for a hundred years, and I didn’t use the old electric mulinex, and I’m calm about the purchased minced meat) I will do it now! I like it. I took the meat on purpose, very average, with veins, etc., specially to check how it would cope. At 6 speeds, I managed to make it to the top five! I ground everything and did not reel anything anywhere. At the same time, I did not notice any particular strain on the part of the car (nothing roared and did not walk). But at lower speeds, at first everything was hammered, I had to remove and rinse.

I used to make Olivier a nice dicer, there the cube is very small. Therefore, I was sure that I would not use the cubes (I even thought to hand over, I first bought it, and then I found out that they are large and of the same type) But after the first time I switched to these cubes. Certainly large, but not striking. And speed is forgiven all.
Zhanik
LenaPena), Elena, I will say this - on my old Fillet, the meat grinder is better. At first I was even upset because of Keshina. But then my father sharpened a knife and a grate for me, everything became normal. But this meat grinder has an undeniable plus when stuffing sausages. here you can smoothly adjust the feed speed of the minced meat. This function is not available in all simple meat grinders and combines.
I grind the minced meat immediately into the Keshin bowl. I knead it well in it. I send something to freeze if there is a lot of meat. With the rest, I continue to work in dependence on the dish.
So I'm FOR a meat grinder. But you should not expect any feats from her as from a powerful meat grinder ... And the nozzle will take less space than a separate device.

The cube, as for me, is not large. Me personally and my husband just right. I cut raw vegetables and cook in a double boiler. I feel more like that. It turns out the size of large peas. All are practically the same size
LenaPena)
thank you) then I will want both a meat grinder and a cube)) ... and AT 340 ... AND MUCH more))) I don’t really see the point of a miller yet, but I don’t want an ice cream maker at all, I want a compressor one, well, even if she needs more space.
Zhanik

Ketsal
LenaPena), here I had only a manual one before the keshino meat grinder. Space for me. All kinds of meat ground - excellent
VeraS
Girls and boys, since we are talking about meat grinders and sausages, maybe someone has a proven recipe, otherwise I did it like observing the technology, ice water, kneading, etc. It turned out delicious, but rather dry. The meat was fat, the water was decent, but ...
And yes, the cubes are a plus! I also thought big, but how Ken crumbles them and, most importantly, even substitute the bath, the process fascinates!
In a meat grinder, in my opinion, the main thing is that the power of the machine should be from 1000 and above. It suits me perfectly, I have never had any problems.
LenaPena)
Has anyone shredded cabbage in a food processor? What can you say? I'm thinking about at340, but not now, I want a meat grinder and a sieve first, I really want it and I'm waiting for the souffleika to appear, but with the decree it became difficult to implement my Wishlist))) so I'm trying to build these Wishlist in the order of the most irreplaceable need, so to speak))) in the first turn meat grinder and soufflake)
Miranda
LenaPena), I shred
I like the result.
Empty the cup only periodically. But since I have nothing to compare with, I always had this option - to empty the cup - then ok.

Under your wishes and circumstances, I would postpone with at340.
It's good, but if you don't have a barrel of cabbage, but one three-liter can, like mine, then you can have a processor.
LenaPena)
Yes, I do not ferment more than a can, well, a maximum of 2x, I don’t like to cut it with my hands, there are no special grapes, there is a dacha, there is no vegetable garden ... there is a garden, but still young, we eat everything like that) so buckets are not expected to do anything yet)) therefore thanks again! And you did not take advantage of the action and did not indulge yourself with such a nozzle (at340), I am interested in your opinion decomposed on the shelves in comparing the result of their work)))

I compared. And I will say that Sense does not have a medium speed jack. At the dacha, I will be sooo bored without a food processor. I use it every day and not once ... Grate a couple of cans of cabbage on it is not a problem at all. And the new one is kind of wretched. Three graters in total, and those that I just don't really use. I just have others in use ... Buy a new one and the adapter is somehow not at all budgetary (((I will think for now and get used to it without it. Then I will decide

high-speed is good for workpieces. It is not as convenient to assemble / disassemble it as a food processor. This year, out of greed, I grabbed three bags of vegetables ... so I had fun with her)))
Ketsal
LenaPena), I have buckets in the season, and then only a high-speed, food processor, so indulge in a salad, you will be tortured to empty it. two weeks ago, they fermented 10 kg of cabbage - I can't imagine how without a high-speed one, but for a salad - only a food processor
