Salmon tartar with avocado

Ingredients

Light salted salmon 150 gr.
Avocado 1
A tomato 1
Soy sauce 1 tbsp. l.
olive oil 3 tbsp. l.
garlic 2 teeth
lettuce leaf 1
salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • We cut the fish into cubes (already salted) and marinate in a mixture of crushed garlic, soy sauce and olive oil - at least for marinating - 30 minutes, I had a night in the refrigerator.
  • Three avocados on a grater, add salt and olive oil to it. Put a leaf of lettuce in the center of the plate, on it a layer of avocado, then salmon, then again avocado.Salmon tartar with avocado

Note

It is better to buy an avocado not ripe, but firm, with a whole surface. Then you wrap it in a sheet of plain white paper and put it away somewhere - not in the refrigerator. In a day or two it will ripen.
