baking powder 1 tsp
salt pinch

cream 20% 500 g
chocolate 50 g
gelatin 20 g
vanillin pinch
sah. sand 0.5 cups

Cooking method

  • First, the dough is prepared - the egg is beaten with salt and sugar and, continuing to beat, add sour cream, coffee and flour with baking powder in turn. We fill the cake and cake molds to 1/5 of the height, taking into account that the dough will rise, and there should be room for the soufflé. We bake in a preheated oven for 180 *: cakes - 10 minutes, cake - 20. Leave to cool right in the tins. Cooking soufflé - soak gelatin in water until it swells and dissolve it in cream that is not heated to a boil, along with sugar and vanilla. Pour chocolate about a glass of the mixture and stir in the chocolate dissolved in a water bath. After slightly cooling the soufflé, not until it hardens completely, we fill them with our blanks, cakes - with chocolate soufflé, cake - with vanilla. Decorate as desired, but sour berries are preferable. Let it cool in a cold store for about 1 hour.
