seeds 2 tbsp. l.
soft butter 2 tbsp. l.
Cooking method

first pour warm water, then put sifted flour, yeast, soft butter, sugar, salt, last of all bran and seeds, put on the usual mode of making bread
Thanks to linseed flour, the bread does not stale longer than usual - the taste is very original

What glass do you have? is it really hard to write? I took a faceted one. but I added less than 2 glasses of water (about 1.5), and still the bun turned out to be pretty liquid. I poured a bit of flour into the bread maker. waiting for the result

in general, the bread turned out to be tasty and aromatic. the crust is crispy and the crumb is very soft but not sticky. it's good that I added less water. and I already poured about half of a faceted glass into the bread maker. baked in Panasonic, regular bread program.
