Good day!
The agony of choice haunts me. So, what is it to choose an expensive moulinex with baguettes and buns, which is important for me (no oven) or a reliable, inexpensive binatone with 3 tins for large and small loaves?

lenivka, I see you have already made a choice in favor of Binatone. I just want to say that having Moulinex 600230, I also bought Binatone 2169 and I think that they will complement each other perfectly. I am very pleased that both of these HP are in my kitchen.

Thanks for your feedback!
and I AGREE WITH you.
Binaton bought it because:
1. My family is still not as big as planned (there are only two of us). - there is a need to bake small loaves.
2. Buying a bread maker, I have NEVER baked bread (only charlotte and cottage cheese casserole), so I decided to start with a simpler model - our favorite model Moulinex has more opportunities to embody the master's fantasies, but I'm just learning ...
3. The price of binatoshi was a nice bonus if the above points were followed.

Not about what you need to argue about when choosing HP.
You're just lucky you bought it right away.
Moulinex is a decent HP, but almost resting here.
The horror that I wrote about Moulinex.

Here are the possibilities for adjusting (adjusting modes to the recipe) in Binatone on a programmable mode, this is the 11th program - "Home made":

Binatone BM-2068,
Binatone BM-2168

Program Time
Knead1 / Knead1 6-14 minutes
Rise1 / Ascent1 20-60 minutes
Knead2 / Mix2 5-20 minutes
Rise2 / Ascent2 5-120 minutes
Rise3 0-120 minutes
Bake / Baking 0-80 minutes
Warm / Preheat 0-60 minutes

Binatone BM-2169
Program Time
Knead1 / Kneading1 3-14 minutes
Rise1 / Ascent1 20-60 minutes
Knead2 / Kneading2 8-24 minutes
Rise2 1-60 minutes
Rise3 / Ascent3 20-120 minutes
Bake / Baking 0-80 minutes
Warm / Preheat 0-120 minutes

After reading this plate, take any recipe, for any HP, look, and it (the recipe) is always baked on a specific, specified program, which consists of kneading, rising and baking time, and decide whether this stove has enough time for this recipe or not ... This one has enough!
That's all! All recipes, yours!
Not all CPs, and even those that are more expensive, can do this, especially if you bake sourdough bread. What the owners of such stoves do not do, and the paddles are taken out, and the stoves are turned off, and the programs are combined, and they watch the end of the program in order to switch it or add time. Well, just acrobats! And all this is due to the limitations of fixed programs that bake bread well, but only typical solutions (recipes).
And in this stove, if something goes wrong, I corrected program 11 and here it is - Happiness!

Come and learn to bake rye custard bread.
I will lay out the baking instructions for you in Binatone BM-2068, Binatone BM-2168, Binatone BM-2169.
