Cake Delight

Ingredients

for the base:
Chocolate chip cookies 200 gr.
Butter 70 gr.
For filling:
Condensed milk (not boiled) 370 g. (1 p.)
Butter 50 gr.
Honey 2 tbsp. lies.
Hazelnuts (can be lightly fried) 100 g
for glaze:
Milk 100 g
Butter 50 gr.
Cocoa 2 tbsp. lies.
bitter chocolate 50 gr.

Cooking method

  • Preparation of the base:
  • Cover the form with baking paper. so that it protrudes 2 cm above the form.
  • Chocolate chip cookies (https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=117975.0) grind in a food processor.
  • Combine with butter and put in a mold, level with a spoon, pressing down.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
  • Preparation of the filling:
  • Pour the condensed milk into a saucepan with a thick bottom, add honey and butter.
  • Bring to a boil over medium heat with constant stirring and then cook for another 8-10 minutes until the mass thickens and acquires a golden caramel color. Add nuts and mix.
  • Glaze preparation:
  • Bring milk, butter, cocoa in a saucepan to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly, add broken chocolate.
  • Let the glaze cool slightly and pour over the filling.
  • Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 2-3 hours, preferably overnight.

  • We take it out of the form using paper, cut it into portioned pieces.

Note

The combination of a shortbread chocolate crust with a layer of boiled condensed milk,
nuts and chocolate glaze, sweet, chocolate but Ooooooo delicious that it's hard to come off !!!
