Ingredients

Chicken (leg can be used) 350g
Potatoes 250g
Frozen Vegetable Mix 400g
Eggs 3 pcs
Milk 3 tbsp. l.
Salt, ground pepper taste

  • Boil the chicken in 2.5 liters of water, remove from the broth and separate the meat from the bones. Cut the meat into pieces. Put peeled and diced potatoes in boiling broth,

  • I took the "Mexican Mix" of the Darus company, which includes: beans (beans), onions, carrots, sweet peppers, green peas, corn. At the end of cooking, add the meat to the soup.
  • While the vegetables are boiling, make an omelet: beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper, pour into a greased flat skillet and fry under the lid. When the omelet is ready, transfer it to a dish and use the recesses to cut out different shapes.
  • Before serving, ladle the soup into bowls, put in the omelet and sprinkle with herbs.
