Wheat-buckwheat and oat bread

Ingredients
Bread flour 3 cups
1 1/3 cups water
Salt 1 1/2 tsp
Corn syrup (molasses) 2 tbsp l.
Rast. oil 1 1/2 tablespoons l.
Dry yeast 1 1/2 tsp
3/4 cup Hercules
Cooking method

Oat bread.
Light mode. Very pleasant light bread that does not dry out for a long time. Rises very high, usually everyone likes it.
Buckwheat bread.
5/8 cup milk
7/8 glass of water
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp. l. butter
2 tablespoons corn syrup (molasses)
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup wholemeal wheat flour
1/3 cup buckwheat flour
1/4 cup instant mashed potatjs
2 tsp dry yeast.
Light mode. This bread has a pleasant light buckwheat flavor.
1/4 cup instant mashed potatjs

Cooking program: Light mode.

Everything is great, but 2 things confuse:

- the same yeast;
- one fic, there is flour (wheat or "bread") ...

And if with sourdough, and WITHOUT wheat-rye-"bread" flour, eh?
