Rolls bread buns

Ingredients
Flour 450 g
Water 240 ml
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 2 tsp
Butter 25 g
Dry yeast 1 1/2 tsp
Cooking method

Resto mode. At the end of the cycle, turn over and place the loaf on a lightly floured surface. Press the loaf lightly and divide into 12 equal parts, shape with your hands. After creating the desired shape, leave the buns for a while to proof the dough, then bake in a regular oven.
You can grease the top with an egg (egg yolk, beaten with 15 ml -1 tbsp. L. Water) and sprinkle with sesame seeds, poppy seeds.
