Good day!
The bread baked according to this recipe is the second experience in our new bread maker, and my personal first!
The bread turned out to be wonderful - tall, ruddy, fluffy, with a light creamy note and an appetizing crisp crust! Thanks again to the author - I will definitely take the recipe as a basic one, and I will experiment! In particular, today, instead of salt, I used a mixture of sea salt pounded in a mortar, Italian herbs and dried carrots! I will not say that it globally influenced the taste, but it gave piquancy to both taste and appearance)))) ... I also added 2.5 s. l. dry milk. Used "live" yeast, about 10 grams per 1000g. bread!
Plans for tomorrow include the addition of paprika, tomato paste, pine nuts, and the replacement of vegetable oil with olive oil))))

I baked bread according to this recipe, good bread! I was a little scared by the fact that many of the dough rises too much, so I used 1.5 tsp. yeast and compensated for the dose reduction with 4 tsp. Sahara. Got up in accordance with the norm for a loaf of 1 kg!

I put it right away and here's the result:
Mayonnaise bread (bread maker)

The bread is unusually tasty, with the most delicate crumb. Baked for 500 g of flour. It turned out to be a straight hero with a height of 20 cm and a weight of 890 g.
