Pumpkin buns with filling

Ingredients

egg 1 PC.
juice and zest of half an orange
sugar 100 g
salt 1 tsp
steamed and mashed pumpkin 3/4 cup
softened plums. butter or margarine 100 g
milk 3/4 cup
flour 650 g
fresh yeast 25 g (2 tsp dry)

Cooking method

  • We put the ingredients in the order provided by your x. oven for the dough program.
  • Divide the finished dough into small balls (I got 20 pieces). We roll them out in strips, each of which we coat with filling. Roll with mini rolls or "snails". We put it in shape and let it rise for 20 minutes.
  • For the filling, finely chop the nuts and mix them with the currant jam.
  • Pumpkin buns with filling

Cooking program:

Bake at 190 degrees

I tried to make buns today. Happened. True, the dough was very soft, it rolled out hard.

Please, however, everything rolled out fine for me, I did not indicate that I had brought the bun to the desired state a little with a little more flour "by eye", here it is difficult to indicate the exact amount of flour in the recipe, since everyone can have orange juice output different, and the pumpkin can be different, I came across not juicy, I even had to add water several times when I boiled it.

I didn't even have a kolobok .... :) it was a little smeared ... and it was already on the table with flour. And I got the hang of the pumpkin in a double boiler - the pieces were not peeled for 20-30 minutes - and then I took off with a fork. I took the portion to my parents, my mother really liked it. Sorry, this is my oversight - I didn't write that I should be guided by the bun, because there really are recipes in which the bun is not formed, although in this recipe it is really much softer and more sticky than bread.
Our buns "flew away" so fast that I took out a new batch from the oven, I still had half a glass of mashed potatoes, so I had to repeat "for an encore", only I did without an orange and an egg and instead of butter, vegetable oil. But also, very tasty
