Champignons in white wine

Ingredients

champignons (preferably small) a pound
White wine glass
lemon one
salt, spices taste

Cooking method

  • Peel the champignons, cut, lightly fry in a small amount of olive oil, pour in wine, squeeze the juice of one lemon, a pinch of salt, bay leaf, peppercorns, cloves - boil all this for 15 minutes, then pour everything together into a jar, put in the cold for 12 hours.
