Meat with chickpea stew

Ingredients

Chickpeas (chickpeas) 250 g
Ready goulash 300 g
Tomato paste 1 tbsp. l
Garlic 4-5 teeth
Olive oil 2 tbsp. l
Flour 1 tsp
Salt taste
Sugar 1/3 tsp

Cooking method

  • 1. Soak chickpeas for 1 day

  • 2. Pour boiling water 1-2 cm above the chickpeas and put on the program "Porridge".

  • 3. Lightly fry the coarsely chopped garlic in fragrant olive oil.

  • 4. Mix tomato paste with 100 grams of water and 1 tsp flour, add meat goulash with gravy, olive oil and garlic, stir.


  • When the "Porridge" program ends (after about 1 hour), put this container with filling and warm it up in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.

  • 5. Drain the water from the chickpeas and add the hot tomato-garlic-meat mixture, salt, plus a pinch of sugar and put on "Multipovar" for 10 minutes.

  • 6. Serve as an independent dish, or with a side dish, I had mashed potatoes.


The dish is designed for

4-5 servings.

Time for preparing:

75 minutes.

Note

1. Why is the chickpea cooked separately from the meat, and not together with it - because the taste of chickpeas separately turns out to be much softer.
2. You can not add a lot of meat, the main note of chickpea will be set with garlic and tomato fried in olive.
