Meat in a spicy red wine sauce (Cuckoo 1054)

Ingredients

pork meat 500 grams
meat broth (chicken) 200 ml.
Red wine 120 ml.
red onion 1 PC.
fresh carrots 1 PC. small
celery stalk 10 cm.
fresh parsley 1-2 tbsp. l.
fresh ginger 1 tsp grate
spices, peppercorns, 1 bay leaf
garlic (preferably pickled) 2 teeth
chilli pepper 3-5 rings (I took pickled peppers)
vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l. for frying

Cooking method

  • 1.Cut the meat in portions, pickle with spices and salt. Chop all the vegetables, crush the garlic.
  • 2.turn on the multicar pan in Browning mode, level 2, add oil, heat and fry all vegetables in oil, stirring constantly.
  • 3.Add broth, red wine, and, stirring, boil (evaporate the liquid) in half until slightly thickened. Turn off the multicooker.
  • 4.Add meat, mix, salt, spices, peppercorns, bay leaf - turn on Multi-cook mode, 10 minutes, 110 * С and bring the meat to readiness.
  • 5. Serve meat with boiled potatoes, rice, sprinkle with green onion on top.

Note

The meat is completely cooked, soft. The gravy is delicious, spicy and delicious! There is absolutely no taste and smell of wine, they evaporated during stewing.
