Vegetables "Autumn bouquet"

Ingredients

Pumpkin, zucchini
Stalked celery
Turnip onion
Whole tomato
Fresh whole apple
Spices: per jar
Coriander seeds, dill, mustard 1 \ 2 boxes. l.
Allspice 3-5 peas
Marinade filling:
Water 1 l
Sugar 1/2 cup
Apple cider vinegar 1/2 cup
Vegetable oil 50 ml (to taste)
Salt 1 tbsp. l. with top

Cooking method

  • Blanch pumpkin and zucchini in hot water for 1-2 minutes - no longer!
  • Lay the rest of the vegetables raw.
  • Then use this water to prepare the marinade filling.

Note

In winter, I marinated such vegetables - I took part of the ice cream, some fresh, poured it with marinade pouring - and in a day I got wonderful vegetables, and a wonderful side dish and addition to any dishes where vegetables are required.

Today I decided to make a normal harvest of autumn vegetables for the winter.
